The Stellenbosch Improvement and Transformation Initiative

Officially launched on 1 July 2025, SITI is a Special Ratings Area (SRA) dedicated to enhancing municipal services through supplementary initiatives funded by local property owners.

We are committed to creating a vibrant, safe, and inclusive environment in central Stellenbosch, ensuring it remains an exceptional place to live, work, study, and visit.

The Siti SRA area extends from Drostdy Street (Jonkershoek/Die Laan SRA boundary) in the East to the R44 in the West, from the Eerste River in the South to Alexander Street in the North, including properties near the Stellenbosch Taxi Rank and Eikestad Parking Area.
