SITI BOUNDARY MAP
The Siti SRA area will extend from Drostdy Street (Jonkershoek/Die Laan SRA boundary) in the East to the R44 in the West, from the Eerste River in the South to Alexander Street in the North, including properties near the Stellenbosch Taxi Rank and Eikestad Parking Area.
SRA APPLICATION AND APPROVAL
The full application and Council approval documents for the establishment of the Stellenbosch Improvement and Transformation Initiative (SITI) as a Special Rating Area (SRA), in accordance with Section 22 of the Municipal Property Rates Act (Act 6 of 2004) and the Stellenbosch Municipality’s SRA policy.
SITI BUSINESS PLAN & 5-YEAR BUDGET
View the business plan and five-year budget outlining how the improvements will be achieved. An initial plan was presented to the community for comments during a public meeting on 21 November 2023. These comments was taken into consideration and the business along with the budget have been amended.

PUBLIC MEETING PRESENTATION
A public meeting was held on Stellenbosch on 23 November 2023 about the establishment of a Special Rating Area (SRA) in the area to which central residents were invited. Panellists included sector-specific experts such as Cobus Venter and Marinus Louw.
