A public meeting was held on Stellenbosch on 21 November 2023 about the establishment of a Special Rating Area (SRA) in the area to which Central residents were invited.
An in-person discussion was moderated by media personality, director, and passionate Stellenbosch resident, Kabous Meiring. Panelists included sector-specific experts such as Cobus Venter and Marinus Louw.
