Assistant Manager – SITI SRA, Stellenbosch
We are seeking a proactive and organised Assistant Manager to support the SITI SRA Manager in the daily execution of operations for the Stellenbosch Improvement and Transformation Initiative (SITI).
In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks, operational coordination, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. Responsibilities include supporting service provider management (security, cleaning, urban management), monitoring compliance with service agreements, assisting with public space oversight, and maintaining effective stakeholder communications.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in general administration and reporting. Experience or familiarity with urban management and safety operations will be advantageous.

Project Coordinator – SITI SRA, Stellenbosch (Part-Time)
We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join our Stellenbosch Improvement and Transformation Initiative (SITI). Reporting directly to the SITI Board of Directors, you will oversee project implementation, provide administrative support, facilitate effective stakeholder communication, and assist in reporting and evaluation activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and proven experience in administrative coordination, project tracking, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires approximately 15 hours per week, offering flexible remote work, with attendance required at key meetings and community events.
